What we collect. When you request a quote or complete our solar check, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and details about your property and energy use.
Why we collect it. Solely to prepare your quote and contact you about your enquiry. This is processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Who we share it with. Form submissions are processed by Formspree (our form provider). We do not sell your data or share it with third-party marketers.
How long we keep it. Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months, or longer where needed for a completed installation (warranty and certification records).
Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing cubesolaruk@outlook.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
